About the Teacher

Mrs. Angela Fetti

     I have been working around students my entire life. I was a math teacher in Europe, Romania for 10 years. My husband and I started a new chapter here in the U.S. back in 2010. We were blessed with two wonderful daughters and an adorable Maltese.

    I have had the opportunity to work as a sub teacher since 2019 and now I am a special education teacher at Mountain Ridge HS. Working with kids brings new and exciting purposes to my life every day. 

     "Something different about me"? I am a person with a creative attitude to problem solving. I like to bake, to create new designs, and be self-taught myself. I also like sports, traveling, and being surrounded by friends and family. 

     What is my "why"? I enjoy my whole life working among kids and now being around students with special needs can make the teaching process more engaging, but appealing at the same time. Some traits I used to be a good teacher towards children are to be patient and have an understanding, supportive and caring nature to them. 

     I saw how a little adjustment could make a big impact on my student's school journey now and after graduation.
