Welcome to my website.
My educational background includes graduating from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Education and a K-12 Physical Education endorsement. I received my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership with a K-12 Principal certificate from NAU as well. I am the health team lead for my department and the District Health Interim Curriculum Specialist. My son is an alumni of Mountain Ridge and has graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Physiology and a minor in Biochemistry. BEAR DOWN!
I have been teaching here at Mountain Ridge High School for 23 years, but I taught two years prior to that. I taught 7-8th grade PE at McCray Junior High School in Coolidge Unified School District and K-6th PE at Surprise Elementary School in the Dysart Unified School District.

You can find my weekly office hours posted in my classroom. I am available on Tuesday and Thursday after school, but my schedule can change due to meetings. Don't forget to take advantage of Aca-Prep time during 1st and 2nd period. You can always get a pass to come in then as well.
