Dr. Erin Chisholm

Welcome back Mountain Lions!

I am thrilled to be teaching at Mountain Ridge! I am proud to be a lifelong learner and helping students achieve their goals is something that I am passionate about. I graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education. I am presently pursuing my Master's Degree in American History. Prior to this, I spent over two decades working in healthcare, with almost 19 years in private practice after graduating with a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. While I deeply enjoy all things history, I am most committed to helping students connect to learning.

A little bit about me... I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 28 years! I have three kids, all officially graduated from high school, two from MRHS. I love to read and travel! I have to keep a lint roller in my classroom as a result of the small petting zoo I have at home: a Great Pyrenees (Tonks) and two cats (Sid & Henry) and our "sometimes" chihuahua (Cody).
