Tutt, Drew

This is my 29th year of teaching high school math, all at MRHS.  I coached high school basketball for 18 years, including my first 8 years here, before stepping away for a break after the 2004 season.  It was through coaching that I found my love of teaching.  I went back to school to get my teaching certificate and I've been here ever since.  It was the best professional decision I've ever made.  I love math - yes, I know......my students forgive my enthusiasm!

I believe all students can be successful in math and that basic philosophy drives my teaching.  I try to make it fun, but most importantly, I want students to leave my classroom more confident in their mathematical abilities.
