I grew up and spent most of my entire life in the Peoria and Deer Valley area and I absolutely love this community. My educational background is that of a Bachelors Degree from Grand Canyon University and I am currently working on obtaining my Masters from GCU as well. LOPES UP!!!
This past year, I taught both AZ/US and World History at Ironwood High School. I am extremely excited to be teaching both of those subjects again here at Ridge. I have a real passion for United States History and love how our country has developed over time. I also believe there is an excitement when examining the history of our world and I teach this content in the same manner.
Outside of the classroom, I love to coach and have been coaching various sports for the previous 6 years. Recently, I have found myself coaching boys volleyball at the club, high school, and collegiate level. If I am not teaching or coaching, I spend the entirety of my time with my loving wife Bri and energetic son Brooks.
PS... I am a diehard Arizona sports fan... any time the Suns, Cards, Dbacks, Yotes, or ASU football/GCU basketball are playing, you can guarantee I'm glued to the TV.
