Dr. Robert D. Scavetta.

I received my BS in Chemistry in 1987 from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and my PhD in Biochemistry in 1992 from the University of Nevada, Reno.  I have worked in both academic and private sector settings.  I have taught Chemistry, Biochemistry, Forensic Sciences and Biotechnology as an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix since 2015.  In 2018-2019, I taught Honors Biology, AP Biology and AP Chemistry at Saguaro High School in Scottsdale AZ. In 2022-2023 Academic year, I taught Chemistry here at MRHS.
