I've been working in education since 1989 and have taught nearly all levels of regular and honors math as well as Power Training, Systematic Conditioning, Health, and Advanced PE. I've worked in the Deer Valley Unified School District since 1995 and was a Deer Valley Education Foundation Teacher of the Year in 2003. I have a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from NAU and was the principal of Deer Valley's online high school from 2010-2014.
I am married with five children and enjoy fitness, photography, and working as a jazz pianist/bandleader.
