Hello, Mountain Lions! My name is Zachary Freund, and I am excited to be your math teacher this year.

I was born in Long Island, New York and moved to Phoenix in 2008. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education with a concentration in Mathematics from Arizona State University. 

While this will be my tenth year teaching in the district, it is my second year at Mountain Ridge. Although I have high expectations of my students, I am quite approachable and will give you any help you need.
