I have been teaching at Mountain Ridge since Fall 2011. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Education. I am married to a wonderful man who also teaches here at Ridge (US History). We have 4 kids: Micah, Lilli, Josiah and Eden.
Dancing has been my passion since high school. I participated in the dance program at my high school, where I fell in love with everything that went along with it. My dance teacher had an amazing impact on my life. Not only did she teach me about the technical side of dance but the emotional side of it as well, and what it means to truly love dancing. My goal now, is to do the same thing for each of my students. I am so excited for what this year will bring and to share my passion with my students!
