HOW TO AUDITION/JOIN A CREW FOR THE FALL PLAY
Step One:
Review the production calendars with your family, so you can write down any specific date conflicts you may have.

If you have a conflict with a dress rehearsal or performance, please speak directly to Ms. Nardone or Ms. Gordon. :)
Step Two:
Fill out the contract and med form below. Have parents sign and save them to your device. PLEASE make sure these are CURRENT forms with CURRENT dates and signatures. :)

Fill out the audition form. You will need the two documents from above as you will upload them into the google form itself.

You will need to perform a 60-90 second school appropriate monologue from a published play.
